Whether you're picking up your first pair of Goodsoles or adding to the collection, getting the right size matters. If you're ever unsure, we recommend sizing up.
Sneaker Sizing
All Goodsole sneakers are unisex. Our 2001 Parallel and Crossroads styles tend to run half a size smaller — if in doubt, size up.

Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for both sneakers and apparel.
How to measure: Body Width is measured across the chest, 2.5cm below the armhole seam. Body Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
