Duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Goodsole.

Not at the moment — we currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the rest of the world (excluding the US). We’re working on it.

Yes — you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Send it back

NZ and AU customers — we cover return shipping. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can’t take responsibility for returns sent outside of our portal.

Refund or exchange

Once received, refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Trying them on indoors on carpet is totally fine.

AS Colour Collab free items and all bundled free gifts are final sale and ineligible for exchange. If returning a bundle for a refund, all items must be sent back — including any free gifts.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any duties or taxes paid on delivery are also non-refundable.

Email us at hello@goodsole.co.nz with photos before sending anything back. Select “Item was damaged” in the returns portal and we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund — your choice. We always honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you purchased through one of our retail partners, please reach out directly to the store you bought from.

Once we’ve received your return, refunds are processed within 7 working days. Your bank may take an additional 5 working days to clear the funds.

Yes — exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or style isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead. Additional exchanges of already-exchanged items aren’t eligible.

Sale items follow the same returns policy — 14 days, unworn, in original packaging. The exception is bundled free gifts, which are final sale.

Depending on your location and courier, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive your return. We’ll process it as quickly as possible once it arrives.
