When will my item arrive?

Please expect a 3-7 business day delivery for urban areas & 3-9 business day delivery for rural areas. Be aware these numbers are estimates, and if you are ordering more than 2 pairs these estimates may vary and items may be dispatched separately.

Goodsole Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out when buying online, so we want to make resolving any issues easy. If you're not happy with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

  • Start your return through our self-service returns portal.
  • We’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Please note: we can’t take responsibility for items returned outside of our returns system.
  • Depending on your location and courier, it may take up to 14 business days for us to receive your return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.
  • Once we’ve received your return, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
  • Your bank may take an additional up to 5 working days to clear the funds into your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If your preferred size or style isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.
  • Additional exchanges of exchanged items are not eligible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your sneakers arrive faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact us at hello@goodsole.co.nz with photos of the issue before sending them back.
  2. Select “Item was damaged” in our returns portal.
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund—your choice.

    We always honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging. (Trying on indoors on carpet is fine.)
  • Items that have been worn or damaged after purchase can’t be returned.
  • AS Colour Collab free items & all other bundled freebies: These are final sale and ineligible for exchange. If returning a bundle for refund, all items must be sent back.
  • In-store purchases: If you bought Goodsole through one of our retail partners, please reach out directly to the store you purchased from.
