Pre-order Policy

We’re thrilled you've chosen to pre-order your exclusive pair! Here’s what you can expect:

Turnaround Time: Our shoes are crafted in limited batches. After placing your pre-order, your shoes will typically be ready to ship within 3-4 weeks.

Payment: To secure your limited-run shoes, full payment is required at the time of pre-order. This ensures your pair is reserved and ready to be produced.

Changes or Cancellations: We understand plans can change! If you need to update or cancel your pre-order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations until your order moves into production (usually within 7 days). Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our shoes, once production begins, modifications or cancellations can't be guaranteed.

Delays and Stock Issues: In the rare event of a delay or unexpected stock issue, we'll promptly notify you. You will have the option to either wait for your order, choose another available style, or receive a full refund.
